5 hour masterclass with one of Australia’s leading Makeup Artists. This intimate class will consist of a demonstration and hands on workshop for the artists attending. One on one valuable time allocated with Melanie to really push and take your artistry to the next level.

- Bring the brief to life! No matter who the client is; a magazine, runway,
advertising campaign or a private client for an event.
- How to know what makeup trends are coming to be ahead of the pack
- Her inspiration and where she finds it
- So many tips and tricks you may need a hard drive!
- Social media tips
- Writing how-to guides for blogs and media
How we roll!
10am-12pm Melanie will demonstrate for the first 2 hours
Taking you through a step by step guide of the three different looks. Giving you as many of her tips and tricks that she has learnt on her 18 year career.
12pm Break for lunch 45 mins
12:45pm – 3:45pm 3 hour hands on workshop
Artists will have 3 hours in the afternoon to practice looks that they wish to create on a model with Melanie’s guidance. The class will be small to allow for plenty of one on one time with the Master herself. Artists will be asked to bring with them references for the looks that they wish to create.
3:45 – 4pm Artist pack down
What to bring
Makeup kit, Brushes, Camera, Whatever you need for taking notes or videos – pen & paper or electronic device. Please organise your model to arrive at 12:45pm - if you need help sourcing let us know

Born and raised in Sydney Australia, Melanie displayed a strong creative flair for art and self-expression from an early age. First through dance and performing arts, which led to her discovery of makeup and that’s where the love affair really began. Working throughout Asia Pacific and inspired by all the wonder a day can provide, Melanie’s passion for her craft is effervescent.
In 2015, Revlon announced Melanie as the Revlon Makeup Director Australasia a role that beautifully blends her makeup and presenting skills, it allows her to utilise her unique skill set in its entirety. Her clients include: Asics, Telstra, David Jones, Head and Shoulders, Samsung, Vodafone, McDonald’s, Duracell, NAB, CBA, Camel, Bossini, Betts, Fudge haircare, De Lorenzo, Ford, Subaru, PETA, HSBC, Citibank, Nicola Finetti, Tommy Hilfiger, Wish, Volvo and St. George Bank.
