The 7 C Strategy to building a strong foundation for your business has been created by award winning Entrepreneur Melanie Burnicle. With a great respect for her creative peers often the conversation was around the lack of business practices in place for creatives as there is always such an intense focus on their craft that the business side of their business was left behind.
The course is directed at the Arts/creative industry, Freelancers and small to medium salons (beauty, hair & Makeup). People or businesses who are highly skilled in their craft but have little or no business practices to ensure their business grows with structure, how they can level up their career, automate some of their business to allow them to spend more time on their craft and how they can utilise their creative skills when creating strategy for their business.
